Farm stands are selected via blind application and evaluated against the criteria below.

Partner farm operates a farm stand
Partner farm can communicate with Farm Stand Together promptly via email
Partner farm stand can track individual gift cards by unique ID and can provide data on card utilization
Partner farm commits to providing gift cards for distribution by the required date

Partner farm stand is open for the entire summer season. Preference for farm stands that are open for the majority of the year
Partner farm stand is open multiple days per week, with a wide window of operating hours
Partner farm stand is accessible to customers of any background, identity, age, and ability
Partner farm stand sells a “full plate” of offerings, sourced both from their farm and from fellow farms and food producers following similar agricultural practices

Partner farm has organic certification or follows organic practices
Partner farm implements a soil management plan with an emphasis on nutrient density
Partner farm considers the overall impact of their practices on the local ecology

Partner farm demonstrates support of the local community through partnership with local organization
Partner farm regularly communicates with its customer base via newsletter, social media, or comparable distribution channel
